Our Policies

Session Schedule & Fee Structure

Tuition is based on the specific class type our child is enrolled in. We offer three sessions throughout the year for our recreational programs: Fall, Spring, and Summer.

Fall Session: 18 Weeks

Spring Session: 20 Weeks

Summer Session: 10 Weeks

Tuition Payment Options

We offer two convenient payment options for tuition:

1. Monthly Payments: Tuition may be paid monthly through automatic withdrawals from your checking account or credit card on file. Payments are processed on the 1st of each month. 

2. Session Payments: You may also choose to pay the full session tuition upfront using cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover).

*Please note: Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 fee. An authorization form must be completed at registration. To cancel automatic withdrawals, a discontinuance from must be submitted by the 15th of the month prior to the change. 

Proper Attire for Class

Students must wear appropriate attire to participate in class. Below are our recommendations for each program:

Gymnastics & Tumbling (Girls): One-piece leotards or fitted tops (not sports bras) with elastic waistband shorts.

Gymnastics & Tumbling (Boys): T-shirt and elastic waistband shorts.

Trampoline Classes: Socks are required

Dance Classes: Leotard or fitted top with shorts (worn with tights), a dance skirt (with tights), or jazz pants. Ballet, tap, or jazz shoes required. 

*Please note: Street shoes, jeans, or shorts with zippers or snaps are not allowed in the gym or dance studios, additionally, long hair should be pulled up and secured during class for safety

Re-Enrollment

Students enrolled in the fall session will be automatically re-enrolled for the spring session unless we are notified otherwise. Please note that our summer schedule is different, with daytime classes added - all students must re-enroll for summer classes.

Family Discount

We offer a 10% discount for families with multiple children enrolled in our class programs. The discount applies as follows:

1st Child (Highest Tuition): Regular tuition applies

2nd Child or More (Next highest tuition): Regular tuition minus 10%.

*Please note: Family discounts do not apply to dance classes. 

Parent Observation

Parents are welcome to watch their child's class from the lobby. However, we ask that you do not coach or distract your child through the windows during class. For the safety of all students, parents should remain in the lobby and refrain from entering the gym. If you need to speak with your child during class, please ask the receptionist for assistance. 

Registration Fees

An annual registration fee is required:

$25: First Child

$15: Each additional child

$50: Maximum Per Family

Registration fees are due at the time of enrollment and must be paid to secure your child's position in each class.

Make-Up Classes

If your child misses a class, they are welcome to attend a make-up session. To qualify for a make-up students must be currently enrolled in the session and notify the receptionist in advance. Make-Up classes for Parent and tot and Teddy Tumble Bear classes take place one Saturday a month at 9:00 a.m. All other classes will makeup on a designated Saturday at 10:00 a.m.
